Job Description
The Data Cleanse Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of company data across multiple systems.
The role focuses on identifying, enhancing, correcting, and preventing data errors to support customer contact across the sales and service channels.
That means you'll not only be carrying out online investigations/checks, but you'll also be picking up the phone and speaking to business owners.

Responsibilities
Cleanse prospect and customer data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Use online searches and telephone contact to update data where appropriate.
Identify duplicate, incomplete, or outdated data and apply corrective actions across a range of internal systems.
Follow data validation rules and processes to ensure company rules are always adhered to.
Maintain records of cleansing activities and changes.
Key Skills and Competency
Good attention to detail and an ability to work at pace - we don't micro-manage so we expect you to be super self-motivated. Ability to pick up basic IT skills and although experience of using Excel is preferred it can be trained. Experience working with CRM systems is preferred but as above, can be trained. Ability to manage and prioritise your tasks to achieve performance measures set by the business. Good communication skills with the ability to interact over the phone with business owners/representatives.
