We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

his role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Accurately record and update customer information in the company's CRM system. Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and follow-up actions. Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, potential sales opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
