Role Overview: Outbound Sales Advisor



As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential customers through both inbound and outbound calls. Your mission? To present our energy products and services in a compelling way and guide customers towards making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote our products and services. Build strong relationships and identify customer needs using effective questioning techniques. Use proven sales techniques to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with your team and management to maximise performance and achieve collective goals. Consistently meet daily/weekly KPIs and performance targets.

What We're Looking For:



Previous outbound telesales experience - essential

Knowledge and experience in the energy industry - essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales targets Confident negotiator with excellent closing skills Self-motivated and able to thrive in both individual and team environments

Work Location & Hours:



Glasgow City Centre - Office Based



Rotational Shifts



Monday - Thursday:

12pm to 8pm

Friday:

10am to 6pm

Monday - Friday:

9am to 5pm

Saturday availability (occasional Overtime):

10am to 2pm
