Duties
Conduct B2B sales activities through telemarketing, email outreach, and face-to-face meetings where applicable
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Utilise CRM software to record interactions, update client information, and monitor sales pipelines
Identify client needs and present suitable solutions to meet their requirements
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products or services offered to effectively communicate value propositions
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
