Duties

Engage with potential clients through outbound activity to generate leads and drive sales. Utilise Sage and other CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Develop and deliver compelling sales documentation, tailored to the needs of the client. Collaborate with team members to strategise on sales techniques and improve overall performance. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential. Familiarity with Sage or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and strategies.
