About the Role:

Betr Outsourcing are hiring driven and confident Outbound Sales Advisors to join our expanding team in Wolverhampton.

What You'll Be Doing

:

Making outbound calls to new customers. Promoting a range of products/services based on client campaigns Building rapport and identifying customer needs Handling objections confidently and professionally -- you'll be turning a "no" into a "yes" Working towards daily and weekly targets

What We're Looking For:

Outbound sales or call centre experience preferred Excellent communication and objection-handling skills Resilient, motivated, and target-focused Confident turning leads into conversions
