Role: Outbound Energy Sales Advisor
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (OTE up to 53,000)
As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our sales operation, engaging with potential customers through both inbound and outbound calls. Your goal: present our energy products and services confidently, connect customer needs with the right solutions, and close high-quality sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products and services.
Build strong customer relationships using effective questioning and active listening.
Use proven sales techniques to close deals and consistently exceed targets.
Work collaboratively with your team and management to maximise performance.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Previous outbound telesales experience - essential
Energy industry knowledge/experience - essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Confident negotiator with excellent closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Rotational Shifts:
Monday-Friday:
9am-5pm
Monday-Thursday:
12pm-8pm
& Friday:
10am-6pm
Occasional Saturday overtime:
10am-2pm
