Job Summary



We are seeking a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Caller to join our expanding B2B campaign team. This role is focused on reaching out to bricks-and-mortar retail stores to introduce our product range and secure wholesale partnerships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and highly organised with a strong understanding of sales processes and client engagement.

Duties



Make outbound calls to potential retail partners from a provided lead list. Introduce the brand and product range in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner. Handle objections professionally and book meetings or convert leads into customers. Maintain accurate call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up notes. Follow up on previously contacted leads to progress conversations or close deals. Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding of new retail clients. Meet and exceed weekly call and conversion targets set by the campaign manager.
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications



Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales is preferred. Experience working in B2B campaigns, especially targeting retail, is advantageous. Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking with business owners or decision-makers.
