We're on the hunt for a

confident, persuasive outbound sales executive

ready to take the lead in driving growth for a premium, fast-growing dental group in Manchester.

This isn't your average cold-calling job. You'll be working strategically,

reactivating warm leads

, following up with past enquiries, handling digital leads, and nurturing high-intent prospects. Your mission?

Turn interest into booked consultations

and

upsell treatments like whitening and cosmetic dentistry

where appropriate, all while building rapport and trust.

You'll be the first point of human contact in the patient journey,

a critical sales position

with a clear impact on revenue and case acceptance. Expect no fluff, no filler, just

real conversations, real targets, and real commission

first-year OTE of 70k+

What You'll Do:



? Proactively reach out to lapsed, unconverted, or new digital leads and past patients via

phone, WhatsApp, and SMS.

? Re-engage interest and educate prospects on suitable treatment options.

? Handle objections confidently and guide the prospect toward a booking.

? Maintain structured follow-up using CRM tools and workflows.

? Create urgency and enthusiasm around cosmetic dental transformations.

? Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and accurate data recording.

What We're Looking For:



? 2+ years in outbound telesales, lead reactivation, or SDR/BDR roles.

? Tenacity, resilience, and strong objection-handling skills.

? Confident phone presence with a warm, empathetic tone.

? CRM experience

? Results-driven mindset with a hunger to hit and exceed targets.

? 26,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE 70k+).
