Role: Outbound Sales Executive

Salary: 26,000 basic + uncapped commission | OTE 40,000+

Location: Mansfield HQ (Office-Based) You'll need your own transport - the office isn't on a bus route!

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (4:30pm finish on a Friday).

to join their lively Mansfield HQ.

The Role

This isn't about cold calling or reading boring scripts - it's about

real conversations with real people

who actually want to hear from you!

You'll be chatting to existing and potential members (there's already a whopping 20,000 of them!) about a range of services - from memberships and training to software, insurance and branded goodies.

If you love picking up the phone, building rapport and closing deals, this is your stage.

What You'll Be Doing

Calling existing and potential customers - friendly chats, not pushy pitches. Managing your own sales pipeline and owning your targets like a boss. Guiding customers through every step of the journey - from hello to happy member. Getting involved in creative outbound campaigns and sharing your best call hacks. Learning the products inside-out so you can talk the talk confidently. Keeping on top of emails and CRM updates like the organised legend you are. Supporting the wider team during busy spells - teamwork makes the dream work!

What We're Looking For

A confident talker who loves connecting with people. Sales experience (ideally phone-based) and a drive to hit - and smash - targets. A natural problem solver who can think on their feet. Self-motivated, energetic, and full of positivity. CRM savvy with strong organisation skills (you love a tidy pipeline!). Commercially switched-on with an eye for opportunity.
