We are seeking a driven, confident, and results-focused
Outbound Sales Executive
to join our newly established Sales & Support Team, dedicated to centralising sales operations across our nationwide depot network. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for sales, relationship building, and achieving targets within a dynamic, high-energy environment.
The role is heavily outbound-focused and involves generating new business opportunities, following up warm and cold leads, and closing new deals. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple business units, requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and resilience. Due to the nature of the event industry, some flexibility around working hours may occasionally be required.
Key responsibilities will include:
Proactively generating new business through outbound telephone sales
Following up new and existing leads and converting opportunities into confirmed sales
Developing and nurturing new client relationships
Managing and growing existing customer accounts
Accurately maintaining customer and sales data within CRM systems
Working towards and consistently achieving sales call and revenue targets
Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, including telephone, live chat, and email
Communicating effectively with internal teams across the business
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in phone-based sales preferred, training will be provided
Outstanding telephone presence and confidence when engaging new prospects
A strong ability to consistently meet or exceed sales call and performance targets
Excellent attention to detail with accurate CRM and data entry skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach
The ability to build rapport quickly and develop effective working relationships
Experience within the events industry advantageous but not essential
