We are seeking a skilled Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products or services.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present and explain products or services over the phone
- Record customer details and reactions
- Obtain and document customer information such as name, address, and payment method
- Follow scripts when handling different scenarios
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers
Requirements
- Experience in telemarketing and sales is essential
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work ethic and not getting irritated by too many calls constantly
NEED EXPERIENCE IN OUTBOUND SALES CALLING, preferably B2B
