Due to strategic growth in the business, Soapbox Digital Media are looking to recruit a full-time Outbound Telemarketer.This role involves engaging potential clients over the phone to promote our products and marketing services, with a focus on building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments to support our sales objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their sales skills within a professional environment.
What Will Your Job Responsibilities Be?
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using B2B sales techniques to introduce our services
Utilise our CRM system to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-ups
Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and qualify potential customers based on their needs and interests
Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to effectively convey the benefits of our products or services
Record call details accurately within our CRM system and prepare reports on call outcomes
Collaborate to develop strategies for reaching target audiences and improving outreach efforts
Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships and schedule meetings or demonstrations as appropriate
Essential Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently while being an effective team player
