Outdoor Activity Centre Operations Assistant

Location: WARE
Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required | Profit Share Scheme

Are you a forward-thinking and proactive individual with a passion for the outdoors and people? We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team player to assist in the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Outdoor Activity Centre.

About the Role:

Working closely with the Director, you'll help oversee daily activities, ensuring the smooth running of the centre. This is a hands-on role offering full training, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Some relevant experience is beneficial, particularly in planning, customer service, or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and setting out detailed daily schedules (especially for school group days) Arranging and managing activity sessions for various age groups and client types Assisting with weekly staff planning and scheduling Ensuring weekend operations run smoothly Supporting sales initiatives and contributing to business growth Helping maintain a positive and safe environment for all visitors and staff

A proactive and motivated attitude Strong organizational and communication skills A good understanding of sales and customer engagement Willingness to work weekends as needed Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
