Ready to turn your passion for the outdoors into a rewarding career? We're offering an incredible opportunity to train as a qualified outdoor activity instructor while gaining real-world teaching experience in one of Scotland's most stunning locations.
This isn't your typical placement--no making tea or watching from the sidelines. From week 1 onwards, you'll be assisting or leading your own groups, delivering sessions, and getting paid to do what you love.

Deliver high-energy outdoor activities including windsurfing, powerboating, and more
Run entertainment sessions that create unforgettable experiences
Conduct equipment and safety checks to company standards
Design creative session plans tailored to different groups
Support our safeguarding and health & safety policies
Help grow the centre's reputation through excellent service

Selection Process
