The Role: Outdoor Education Co-ordinator based in Emsworth.

We're looking for an

Outdoor Education Co-ordinator

to:

Mentor and support

outdoor education tutors

Oversee and maintain equipment

for adventurous activities

Ensure activities are

safe, inclusive, and engaging

Provide

feedback and guidance

to foster professional growth

Model

best practice

in session delivery

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

day-to-day delivery

of outdoor activities

Maintain and develop equipment in line with

National Governing Body standards

Track and ensure equipment is

safe and suitable

Plan an

equipment replacement programme

tailored to student needs

Enable students to progress towards

NGB qualifications

Deliver

group and one-to-one sessions

Maintain personal competency in

water-based activities

Expand the

breadth and depth of RP's activities

Ensure compliance with

HSE inspections

(e.g., AALS, RYA)

Equipment areas include:

Boards & Paddles | Sails | Wheels | Climbing | Archery | Navigation | Outdoor Living

Senior instructor qualification in at least one land or water-based activity (

Paddlesport, Dinghy, RYA, WGL, CWI, MIAS

)

Valid

Outdoor First Aid Certificate

Current and valid

driver's license
