Outdoor Education Instructor

35 hours per week, term time only
Pay scale 26,903 - 36,581 per annum
We are looking for a passionate, committed and resilient individual who can motivate and inspire our young people to develop their skills and confidence through outdoor activities and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
In this role you will work closely with the P.E. Teacher and class staff in planning, delivering and recording Accessing the Community activities that meet pupils' individual needs to help them become successful adults with Autism.
Our successful candidate will be physically fit and able to support outdoor activities in varied environments and weather conditions. You will also share our staff values of Kindness, Integrity and Team First.
You will be a reflective practitioner, willing to learn about different approaches and continually learn and develop your practice.
