What You'll Do:

• Plan, organise, and deliver outdoor activity programs tailored to diverse groups.
• Lead groups through engaging outdoor experiences that enhance personal development and teamwork.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Foster a love for nature and the environment through education and fun, interactive activities.
• Develop and adapt new outdoor education programs.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for the outdoors and environmental education.
• Experience leading outdoor activities and groups.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages.
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of outdoor safety and risk management.
