Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Outdoor Event Catering Manager to lead our catering operations at various outdoor venues. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event food service, managing staff, ensuring food safety, and delivering a seamless experience for clients and guests alike. Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all catering activities during outdoor events, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown
Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high standards of quality and safety
Train, supervise, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency
Enforce food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards across all event sites
Being able to drive HGV and towing experience is very advantageous

Experience
Proven management experience in food service or catering environments, preferably with outdoor event exposure
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, training staff, and handling shift management
Familiarity with hospitality management practices at OUTDOOR settings
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
