Customer Experience Lead

who can guide outdoor motorbike sessions, support learners, and help every visitor have the

best time ever

.

active, outdoor role

, perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and spending time outside in all weather.

What You'll Do

-Welcome customers and create a relaxed, friendly environment -Teach beginners how to ride (no motorcycle licence needed) -Lead groups around the stunning Weston Park Estate -Support children, adults and families throughout their session -Keep sessions running smoothly and safely -Prepare helmets and equipment

What We're Looking For

-Excellent with customers -- warm, patient, and confident -Comfortable engaging with both children and adults -Able to ride a motorcycle

or

mountain bike -Positive, proactive, and eager to learn -Physically fit and happy working outdoors -Reliable and able to work weekends -Comfortable using basic computer/tech systems -Able to travel to Weston Park

Requirements

-Full UK Driving Licence

or

reliable transport to site -Experience communicating with families, children, or the public -Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check (arranged by us) -Some riding experience (motorcycles or mountain bikes)

Recruitment Process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to one of our

Group Assessment Days

on

14th or 15th December

, held at Weston Park.
This practical session will include an off-road ride and take you through the customer journey.
No pressure -- it's designed to be fun.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 24 per week
