We're looking for a passionate individual to support outdoor education and games activities.
Outdoor Learning
: Assist with Forest School and bushcraft sessions, ensuring safety, maintaining equipment, and encouraging teamwork and reflection in nature.
Games
: Support sports sessions and events across all year groups, promote inclusion and sportsmanship, and help with setup and supervision.
General Support
: Foster pupil wellbeing, supervise during breaks and trips, and contribute to a positive school environment.
Radlett Preparatory School is a small, independent, co-educational school set in 14 acres of beautiful grounds, with approximately 250 children aged 4 to 11. Class sizes are small, allowing us to focus on individuals and tailor activities accordingly. We encourage both academic excellence and a celebration of childhood through our creative and challenging curriculum, which makes full use of our extensive grounds and ancient woodland.

Hours: 30 hours/week, 12.00pm-4.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday and 8.15am-4.30pm Wednesday and Thursday.
