This volunteer role will make a real difference to someone's day. We are looking for friendly volunteers to support our Outpatients Receptionist in creating a calm and inviting space for patients and carers attending appointments, creative therapies and Outpatient groups.
You will support us with:
greeting and signing in visitors;
covering our reception area and taking phone messages;
helping to maintain a peaceful and organised reception area.
Times include: Monday 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm (2.5 hours), Thursday 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm (2.5 hours) and Friday 9.30 am to 1.00 pm (3.5 hours).
