Outreach Executive
Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Outreach Executive to help grow our brand presence by building meaningful relationships with influencers, athletes, and brands. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who understands how to connect with talent, foster partnerships, and enhance brand visibility across social media and other marketing channels.
This role requires creativity, initiative, and a passion for building communities and collaborations that elevate our brand. You'll play a key role in shaping our outreach strategy, managing partnerships, and expanding our network within the sports, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and build relationships with influencers, athletes, and brand partners aligned with our mission and values. Help develop and execute outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement alongside CEO & Head of Marketing. Negotiate and manage collaboration deals, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. Work closely with the marketing team to design and deliver impactful campaigns. Manage influencer activations, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of content. Track and report on outreach performance metrics and partnership outcomes. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media talent.
Qualifications
Proven experience in influencer marketing, athlete relations, PR, or brand partnerships. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends. Some experience negotiating and managing collaborations or sponsorships. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A proactive, outgoing, and confident personality with a passion for networking. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field (preferred). Interest in boxing, sport or fashion.

Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
