Who is Ariya Neuro Care?



Ariya Neuro Care supports individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence, with the aim to return home or to more independent living. This role is supporting individuals within the community. All of our CQC inspected services have been rated 'Outstanding' in all 5 areas by CQC, which is a very rare achievement We are Investors in People - Platinum, which is the highest level of Investors in People accreditation. Shortlisted for Investors in People UK Employer of the Year Award (Platinum 50-249 people). Rated the highest domains in all areas on the Headway ABI approved provider scheme.
Our Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.

This role is based in the community supporting individuals in their own own homes and workplaces so it is essential to be a driver and car owner. (Please do see our advert/make contact if you are a non-driver as other opportunities are available.)

The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work.

We prefer to promote from within our organisation and have excellent career development opportunities to support you in your role, including a management training programme and monthly staff awards.

This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the individual being supported.

Bank/occasional, part time and full-time contracts are available.

No uniform is required.
