We support individuals who have suffered life changing injuries to regain their skills, confidence and independence to maximise their quality of life and independence. The Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside an individual's neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies.

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in their own homes, community and workplaces it is essential to be a driver and car owner (please see our our adverts to work within our residential services in Rotherham, Barnsley and Chesterfield if you are a non driver). The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work.

The role is working part-time in the Stocksbridge area and part-time in the Sheffield 6 area.

Full training is given for this role, and we have excellent career development programmes and opportunities.

The role would suit both individuals looking for a complete career change, those with well rounded life experience or those looking working towards a career in Social Care, Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT or Neuro-physiotherapy.
