Summary

As an Outreach Worker at Transitions Housing Solutions CIC, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals facing housing challenges. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing quality support and resources, helping people navigate their paths toward stability and independence.

Responsibilities

Engage with individuals experiencing homelessness to assess their needs and provide tailored support. Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with potential service users. Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Educate clients about available resources and opportunities for housing and employment. Assist in the coordination of workshops and training sessions aimed at skill development. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Experience in social work, outreach, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be MALE for this job role
