Your responsibilities include:

We are looking for a dynamic

Outside Sales Manager

to lead our field sales team and drive growth across the territory.



This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and customer engagement to deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.




Guide and develop the field sales team through effective communication, motivation, skills and performance management techniques Build and maintain strong relationships internally as well as externally with customers and suppliers Assign account responsibilities within the sales team to maximize market penetration and account coverage Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical needs and growth opportunities Run regular performance reviews and implement development plans to maximize team potential Define and track annual and quarterly goals to focus our resources on the most important issues

What you bring to us:

University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field. Minimum 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, where you gained solid knowledge within the electronic component industry, products and services. Previous leadership or management experience preferred. Self Motivation and Adaptability Strong analytical and sales methodology skills and solution oriented approach Strong presentation skills for customer and internal audiences Fluent English in both speaking and writing. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications Available to travel locally frequently and abroad occasionally, valid Driver's License is required.
