We're looking for a new Outsourcing Analyst to join our team!



The role is flexible and can be based at any of our office locations, but ideally, we would prefer someone based in our Colchester office.



We are open to applications from full-time or part-time candidates with a minimum commitment of at least 22.5 hours per week.

You will be an experienced bookkeeper, enthusiastic and hungry to learn and develop your knowledge further.

Key Responsibilities





You would be undertaking all aspects of bookkeeping, including VAT returns, and be able to use relevant accounting systems including XERO.



Dext Prepare experience would be also be beneficial.



Experience in preparing Management Accounts would be desirable but not essential.

What We're Looking For





You will enjoy talking with clients who need assistance with their accounting systems, and to be able to deal with these enquiries promptly, confidently and courteously (we ensure you aren't on your own so don't worry support will be available from colleagues and our own IT).



You'll be comfortable working with clients in their premises and be able to set up and maintain bookkeeping and quarterly VAT returns. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining book-keeping records and quarterly VAT returns. You will also assist clients who maintain their own records, using the relevant accounting systems.

You will be able to work methodically, but pro-actively address issues and resolve problems. To be able to work under pressure and prioritise, and where needed know when to ask for help or support from your team around you.
