Job Description

- Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients across various sectors
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Oversee bookkeeping services and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted financial advisor
- Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Nearly or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or AAT)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in practice
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations
- Outsourcing experience desired but not essential
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary (xc2xa332,000-xc2xa338,000 depending on experience)
