Your Role as a Chemistry Teacher
Deliver High-Quality Lessons Teach Chemistry to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, using engaging strategies to promote understanding and enthusiasm for the subject.
Bring Chemistry to Life Plan and lead practical experiments that connect scientific concepts to real-world contexts, making lessons both exciting and educational.
Shape the Curriculum As a valued Chemistry Teacher, youll contribute to developing and refining our Chemistry curriculum to ensure it remains ambitious, inclusive, and inspiring.
Foster Student Success Use data effectively to track progress and personalise support, helping students reach their academic goals in Chemistry.
Lead and Support Enrichment From chemistry clubs to school science events and trips, youll play a role in extending students learning beyond the classroom.
What Were Looking For
A qualified Chemistry Teacher with QTS and a relevant degree.
Experience teaching Chemistry to students aged 1116 (and ideally to Key Stage 5).
A Chemistry Teacher who is passionate, creative, and dedicated to delivering excellent science education.
A reflective practitioner with a desire to grow professionally and contribute positively to school life.
