Hours of Work: 12 hours per week - Sunday 1900-0100 Monday 2200-0400
Due to continued growth, Horizon Property Support Ltd are looking for a new Overnight Cleaning Operative to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Clean assigned areas within designated timeframes
Follow cleaning procedures as outlined by the company
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
Restock cleaning supplies as needed
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and stored
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Assist with other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Mall Floor cleaning machinery using ride on scrubber drier
Meticulously clean customer areas, including hoovering, mopping, and polishing glass/mirrors.
Ensure bathrooms are deep cleaned, providing a fresh and hygienic environment.
Stock and replenish chemicals and equipment in compliance with COSHH regulations.
Attention to detail and ability to identify areas that need special attention
Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
Person Specification
Experience in cleaning and maintaining various areas such as restrooms, offices, and public spaces
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to follow a schedule and complete tasks within designated time frames
Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other cleaning staff and supervisors
Essential Criteria
Driving Licence
High level of attention to detail
Good organisational abilities
