Job Description

SOL Connect is an Award Winning Technology Enable Care Specialist based in Central Scotland who offer advanced remote support to individuals.

Our technology allows us to provide person centred support in a creative way using bespoke care package using the very latest technology as well as providing a one to one response at night when required. We work in partnership with individuals and social care providers to support individuals when their support workers are not present through our team of experienced practitioners who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We currently have a vacancy for an Overnight Female Responder to join our team in Glasgow. You may be required to attend our other offices in Wishaw on occasion.

Work Pattern:

?Shifts are 12 hours, 9pm - 9am.

WEEK 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 HOUR WEEK)

WEEK 2 - Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (48 HOUR WEEK)

PART TIME / RELIEF POSTS MAY BE AVAILABLE

You will respond to individuals who need assistance during the night for:

Alarm Activations Personal Care Requests Emergency Support out with normal support hours Technical Support Support following falls To safeguard an individual's welfare and wellbeing.
The responder role requires someone who can think on their feet and provide a speedy, efficient and appropriate response in what can be a fast paced role with no two nights the same. As you will be responding to individuals who are in their own homes

it is essential that you are able to drive

but a car is provided for the hours during your shift.

Experience in social care is preferred along with basic IT and admin skills although full support care and technology training will be given as will a shadowing period to ensure that you are confident in your role.
