Payroll Services collaborates closely with colleagues across UKSBS to provide a high-quality service to our clients and employees.

We are looking for an Overpayment Co-ordinator to work within our Debt Management and Recoveries team, this role reports to the Payroll Debt Management Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of helping to resolve complex queries including; processing salary overpayments. You will be part of a small team, producing letters and statistics for Senior Managers.



Team duties will include, but not be limited to the following:


Collaborating with clients and end users to agree overpayment recovery plans; providing breakdowns where appropriate Collecting and cleaning raw data from multiple sources Helping to develop and maintain data quality and integrity measures and controls, in conjunction with the Payroll and Finance teams Analysing and presenting data and reports to key internal and external stakeholders and end users. Supporting the Debt Manager Specialist in working with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT teams to continuously review, simplify and improve processes to enhance the service provision to the end user

To do this role well you will need:


Ability to interpret and present data in a range of formats to our clients, employees, and colleagues. Previous experience working within a payroll service delivery department. Knowledge of up-to-date statutory payroll guidelines and best practice Experience working closely with the Payroll Debt Management Specialist and others to deal with, and process, complex queries. Handling challenging complaints and queries Demonstrable experience in consulting with other departments within the organisation to provide payroll overpayments information and response to any queries that arise.

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options, this is a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8.30am - 5pm. More information on the role and our benefits can be found here
