Oversight and

Assurance Partner

to join our Customer Trust team and play a vital role in building a culture of trust, compliance, and continuous improvement.


You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across our Customer function, the wider organisation, and our Funeral Director network. Together, you'll help us deliver a customer experience that truly sets us apart.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and delivering structured, thematic reviews that highlight risks and opportunities for improvement. Testing how our internal controls work in practice, so customers always experience a smooth and reliable service. Working side-by-side with colleagues across teams to spot how people, processes, and systems affect our customers -- and how we can make them better. Turning insights into clear, actionable reports that help leaders make the right decisions.

Experience in compliance, risk, or assurance, with an eye for detail Experience of documenting and delivering a well thought out and structured review, putting the customer at the heart of it all Confidence in identifying areas of concern and recommending practical solutions.
