Own Brand Product Manager

to drive the growth and success of our own brand portfolio.

About the Role

As our Own Brand Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic propositions that align with customer needs and market dynamics. You'll be a key player in our brand evolution and ambitious growth plans!


This hybrid role is based at our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire, and reports to the Senior Own Brand Manager. You'll be required to work in the office two days per week and there will be frequent national travel required.


Key Responsibilities will include;


Developing and executing strategic propositions for our own brands, ensuring they align with customer needs and market dynamics
Leading the delivery of growth plans, including brand positioning, brand stretch and long-term vision
Collaborating with stakeholders to create and execute launch plans and go-to-market strategies
Staying informed about market trends and adapting strategies to meet changing marketplace demands
Monitoring performance, customer feedback and trends to ensure brand targets are met
Representing and championing own brand propositions across the business
Supporting marketing campaigns across various platforms and analysing their success to inform future activities
Acting as an Own Brand Ambassador, promoting and championing the brands internally and externally

About You

Experience in brand management
Experience in the retail sector is ideal; experience in the pet market is a bonus
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with Customer Insight experience being desirable
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A passion for branding with a keen eye for creative insights and market trends
