Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of hotel ownership and partnerships? Marriott International is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented intern to join our Hotel Owner & Partner Relations Team in the EMEA region. This is your chance to gain invaluable insights into the Owner & Partner Relations discipline and make a real impact on our exciting new hotel projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:




Support the Business Support & Analysis team in the preparation and delivery of regular reporting for the owner & partner community. Assist with data gathering, consolidation, and validation from various internal systems and sources. Download and format recurring performance and operational reports using key internal tools and platforms. Contribute to the planning and logistics of the bi-annual Owner Conference. Help maintain and update internal documentation and tracking tools used by the OPR team. Participate in team meetings, brand briefings, and cross-functional sessions to deepen understanding of the business and stakeholder landscape.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Data Analysis). Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Attributes: A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for learning.
