We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to join our creative team reporting directly to the founder.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to multimedia projects, including video production, social media content, journalistic pieces, research and development of creative decks and working on all production logistics across fashion week.
The successful candidate will support the production process, from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with organisational goals. This paid position is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, media, storytelling, and digital content creation.
Duties
Assist in planning and coordinating multimedia projects, including videos, social media campaigns, journalistic articles and pitch decks
Edit videos using Capcut annd/or Adobe Premiere and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to produce engaging visual content.
Design graphics and visual elements with Adobe Photoshop or Canva to enhance project materials.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analysing engagement metrics.
Collaborate with journalists, videographers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain organised files of project assets and documentation for easy access and future reference.
Stay updated on current trends in digital media and social media management to optimise content strategies.
Work across projects and events, managing event production, logistics and communication.
Requirements
Proven experience or strong familiarity with Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Demonstrable skills in video editing and graphic design.
Background in production, fashion, journalism or related fields with excellent communication skills.
Experience managing social media platforms effectively across various channels.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate translation and localisation tasks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
