Job Description


Our client, an ambitious and fast-growing law firm with offices in Chorley and Manchester. The firm is committed to providing high-quality legal services with a modern and honest approach, creating a supportive, agile, and flexible workplace environment for its people.We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant (PA/EA) to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate and a solid understanding of land registry applications.Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
  • Handle land registry applications and manage related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
  • Assist with the preparation of property documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • General support for the Real Estate team where needed
  • Front of house duties
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with land registry applications and procedures (preferable)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in real estate transactions or legal documentation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
