PA to Director - Men's Grooming Brand (Full-Time)

Location: New Southgate, London

Salary: 28,000 to 32,000 per year (depending on experience)

Start date: As soon as possible

We are a growing UK men's grooming e-commerce brand, and we are looking for a proactive and adaptable Personal Assistant to work closely with the company director across all areas of the business. This is a hands-on role that offers direct exposure to the day-to-day running of a modern DTC brand. It is ideal for someone who wants to develop their skills, gain experience in multiple areas, and grow with the company over time.

Responsibilities

Support with day-to-day admin including emails, scheduling, and communication Assist with packing and dispatching customer orders Help manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers Deal with customer service queries and follow-ups Assist with social media content scheduling and coordination Keep records and documentation organised and up to date Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support business operations as needed
Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking skills Good written and verbal communication Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems Comfortable with both admin work and hands-on tasks Able to work independently and take initiative Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential
