Job Description

At H. Morris & Company Limited, we own, develop and rent commercial properties across four different sites in the Glasgow area. We are looking for a friendly and hard-working P.A., with a flexible approach and can-do attitude, to assist the Managing Director in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

General administrative tasks. Liaising with clients in a friendly and helpful manner. Arranging and presenting viewings of our properties to potential clients. Organising events, including charity fundraisers. Arranging travel - visas, flights, hotels, hire-cars, etc. Maintaining accurate records to ensure documentation is kept up to date. Dealing with phone and email enquiries. Ordering stationery, consumables, etc.

Skills/Experience:



Previous experience in a P.A. role is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful approach. A good working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. A driving licence is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
