Job Description

Bede's Trust requires an organised and proactive individual to join our fantastic Prep School as a PA to the Head and Office Manager to cover Maternity Leave for one year.

The successful candidate will provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Head and oversee all administrative elements of the school, they will line manage Prep School Administrative staff and contribute to arrangements for appraisal, training and development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will make a positive contribution to the effective functioning of the school, playing an important role within the wider team, leading by example

This is a Part Time, Fixed Term position starting in October 2025 for one year, working Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, Term Time Only Plus (39 weeks per year).
