Through our trading arm, The Inclusion Hub CIC, we're building a dynamic, person-centred workforce connecting people in local communities with those seeking support. We're committed to a carbon-zero future and delivering sustainable, community-driven solutions that benefit both people and place.

About the Role:

We're seeking three proactive, community-focused PA Workforce Coordinators to cover different areas of Cornwall. Working collaboratively as part of The PA Collective team, you'll ensure people seeking support are matched with skilled, compassionate Personal Assistants (PAs) who share our person-centred values.

This role combines workforce coordination and supported recruitment, guiding both employers and PAs through each stage--from vacancy promotion and candidate matching to scheduling, compliance, and ongoing support. As the local "go-to" contact for your area, you'll ensure quality, responsiveness, and strong communication across the PA network.

Match PAs to client requests, ensuring alignment in skills, values, and location.

Monitor PA attendance and check-ins through the digital system, addressing issues promptly.

Coordinate daily staffing and availability to meet local demand.

Maintain accurate records of PA allocations, hours, and incidents.

Collate monthly payroll data for finance processing.

Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and compliance at all times.

Contribute to local workforce planning and recruitment campaigns.

Strong coordination and organisational skills, able to manage multiple work streams.

Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, or staff scheduling (health, care, or VCSE sector desirable).

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data, records, and reporting.

Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and equality principles.

Confident working independently within a collaborative, multi-agency team.

Commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and promoting independence.
