We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who is customer focused and committed to delivering modern and effective services. The post is part-time for 15 hours per week. Working days will be Thursday and Friday and not subject to change.


This post relates to Accounts Payable only.





Specifically, we are looking for an Officer who will be responsible for administering and supervising a range of Accounts Payable tasks in the Council's Payments, Accounts, Collection and Enforcement Team (PACE).



For this role, you will need a range of skills and experience including:


Experience of working in an Accounts Payable team. Excellent I.T. skills to utilise the Finance systems that are used to manage the Council's Accounts Payable processes. Excellent communication skills to enable you to liaise with a range of Council Services, and external organisations.

This varied and challenging role requires a keen commitment to teamwork, exceptional communication and customer care skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.



You will also possess excellent I.T. skills and be proficient in the use of Office 365 applications.
