We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who is customer focused and committed to delivering an excellent and effective service.
Specifically, we are looking for a part time (22.2 hrs pw over 3 days) PACE Officer who will be responsible for administering a range of income collection related tasks in the Council's Enforcement Team.
For this role you will need a range of income collection skills and experience including: -
Experience of pro-actively contacting customers to negotiate payment of debts and managing challenging discussions.
Experience of performance management.
Excellent skills including proficiency in the use of Excel and Word.
Experience of supervising a team that have targets to achieve
This varied and challenging role requires a keen commitment to teamwork, exceptional communication and customer care skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
All successful candidates will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
