Part-time 25 Hours (6 months, temp-to-perm)

Packaging Consultants

to join us.

This is a unique opportunity to gain

hands-on experience

in packaging design, sustainability, and business development. Comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided.

What You'll Do

Develop innovative packaging concepts in response to client briefs. Ensure packaging meets

quality, safety, and sustainability standards

. Produce and test packaging samples using various materials and designs. Collaborate with

marketing, production, and procurement teams

to deliver end-to-end solutions. Build and maintain strong

client relationships

, delivering tailored solutions. Identify and secure

new business opportunities

, particularly in the UK food sector. Present and promote cutting-edge, eco-friendly packaging solutions to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in presenting ideas and solutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Basic IT skills and willingness to learn CRM systems. Positive attitude and interest in sustainability.

Desirable:

Interest or background in

graphic design, marketing, or sustainability

. Previous experience in

customer-facing or business development roles

. Willingness to learn in a

fast-paced, team-oriented environment

.

Training & Support

Product and sustainability training. Communication, presentation, and CRM skills workshops. Ongoing mentoring from experienced packaging professionals.
