This is your chance to take ownership of exciting NPD (New Product Development) projects from concept to shelf, in a role where no two days are the same and your input truly matters.

The Role:

Develop and manage packaging solutions across multiple formats and material types (including plastic and glass) Coordinate artwork, colour matching, cutter guides, and tooling requirements Ensure technical specifications and documentation are accurate and up to date Collaborate cross-functionally across NPD, procurement, production, and quality Attend production trials and resolve packaging-related issues Support junior team members and contribute to process improvements

The Candidate:

Proven experience in packaging development or technology (ideally within FMCG, cosmetics, or similar sectors) Strong project management and communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with top-notch attention to detail Solid knowledge of packaging materials, print processes, and manufacturing methods Passion for delivering sustainable and commercially effective solutions
