Are you passionate about packaging innovation and sustainability? We're looking for a Packaging Technologist to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you'll support the development, validation, and testing of packaging solutions across our Butter, Spreads & Oils categories--helping to bring beloved brands like Clover(TM), Country Life(TM), Vitalite(TM), Utterly Butterly(TM) , and Frylight(TM) to life. YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER

Generating innovative packaging ideas for both short- and long-term projects. Designing and developing packaging concepts, samples, and prototypes using new materials, formats, and technologies. Planning and conducting packaging trials, including line, transit, abuse, and materials testing. Ensuring all due diligence and documentation--such as specifications, pallet plans, and trial reports--are completed to the required standards at each stage of development. Communicating project progress and trial outcomes clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Maintaining high standards in the packaging laboratory and managing packaging databases and libraries. Reviewing and approving packaging artwork in collaboration with the Graphics team. Building strong relationships with suppliers to accelerate innovation and stay ahead of market trends. Supporting production sites by troubleshooting packaging issues and driving efficiency improvements.

Hold a degree in Material Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Have experience in the food industry; experience in packaging is advantageous . Bring a creative, curious, and innovative mindset to problem-solving and development. Communicate effectively and thrive in both team environments and independent work. Possess strong organi s ational and project management skills, with attention to detail. Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Hold a valid driving license and are willing to travel as needed.
