Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed, labelled, and prepared for the delivery drivers. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all items meet company standards before packing. Stock shelves and maintain an organised warehouse environment. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper techniques for heavy lifting are followed. Utilise a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and shipments. Assist in shipping and receiving tasks as required, ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Perform picking and packing duties accurately to fulfil customer orders.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with materials handling and mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Experience with quality control processes will be beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
