Job Vacancy: Packer / Butcher (Training Provided)
Location: Failsworth Position: Packer / Butcher Hours of Work:
- Monday - Thursday: 04:00 - 12:00 (must be flexible to stay until 13:00 if required)
- Friday: 03:30 - 12:00
- Saturday: 03:30 - until finish
We are seeking a dedicated Packer / Butcher to join the team in Failsworth. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills in the meat industry.
Responsibilities
- Packing and preparing meat products to company standards
- Assisting with butchery tasks (training provided)
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Working efficiently to meet production schedules
- Flexibility to work until finish when required
- Early morning availability (starting from 03:30-04:00)
- Ability to work until finish (sometimes beyond scheduled hours)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow training provided
- Team player with good communication skills
- Full training in butchery skills
- Stable working hours with overtime opportunities
