Sundance Confectionery is a small Sugar & Chocolate Confectionery wholesale company in Witney, supplying Hotel Industry, looking to employ a full-time
PACKING ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR
to help dealing with the daily workload. The following tasks would be their main responsibility:Re-packing sweets, chocolates, biscuits, nuts and other foodstuff products to bespoke boxes, pouches, gift-bags, glass jars, cardboard drums etc.
Dressing bespoke packaging with ribbon, gift-tags, labels, wraps.
Mixing nuts and savoury products according to various bespoke recipes.
Packing bulk products for the despatch - please be aware of some heavy parcel handling.
Accepting and checking deliveries from our suppliers.
Assisting Packing Supervisor with any tasks as may be necessary.
Undertaking Supervisor's role during her absence.
Being prepared to work extra hours and weekends during busy periods.
Maintaining work place clean and tidy.
All training will be given, good eye for detail is an advantage. Good English communication skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: from 12.50 per hour for the first 3 months, increasing to 13.00 (subject to performance review).
Expected working hours: 40 per week
